Birthday Club Terms and Conditions

The WJBE Birthday Club (“Club”) is a promotion offered by WJBE. By joining the Birthday Club, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not join the Club.

Eligibility: The Birthday Club is only open to persons resident in the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 year of age or older. It is not open to employees of WJBE or persons living in the same household as such employees. It is void where prohibited.

How to Join: To join the Birthday Club, you must complete the information on the registration page. You will be asked to provide certain information regarding yourself and up to 4 children. A maximum of 4 children may be entered per registrant. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, up-to-date and complete in the registration form, and that you are authorized to provide their personal information. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WJBE from any claims, losses, expenses or liabilities that arise out of a breach of this representation and warranty or any of the Terms. All information you provide will be subject to WJBE’s Privacy Policy.

Club Benefits:The Birthday Club provides the following benefits:

• Special offers and updates: By registering for the Birthday Club, you accept to receive email notifications of special offers and updates that WJBE may send from time to time.
• Other Benefits: WJBE reserves the right from time to time to add, delete, modify or change the benefits offered to registrants of the Birthday Club. Please check the Birthday Club page www.wjbe.am for any new offers or benefits.

Termination of Accounts and Club: WJBE may terminate your account and disqualify you from participation in the Birthday Club at WJBE’s sole discretion if you violate these Terms or provide false, fictitious, inaccurate or incomplete information. In addition, WJBE reserves the right to terminate the Birthday Club at any time with or without notice, and for any reason, and without any liability to any participant, provided it will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor any previously issued gifts in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

General Provisions: The Terms are subject to the laws of the State of Tennesse, without regards to its choice of law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Knoxville, Tennessee. These Terms represent the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any prior written or oral agreement. These Terms may only be amended by WJBE by posting of revised or amended terms at the Site and by participating in the Birthday Club after such positing you are agreeing to the revised or amended Terms. No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the parties, and no waiver of any breach hereunder will be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. These Terms are severable, and if any clause or provision shall be held invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted so as to give effect to the intentions of the parties.
